There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. We have licensed Mental Health Service Provider in the greater DFW area, and we would love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Since opening the doors of my practice in 2020, I have provided patients in the DFW area with a wide range of psychological services including Peer Support, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Employment Specialist, CPS visitation monitor. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but we’re here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. Our goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.

In 2020, We opened the doors with the goal of providing patients in DFW area with top-of-the-line mental health services but treating you with compassion and as a person, not your disorder. Whether you’re looking for a needed qualified mental health professional for support, advocating, guidance, monitoring, resources, techniques, your wellbeing and helping you to develop wellness tools is our number one priority. We go above and beyond within our ethics and boundaries to provide the needs of every individual with our personalized services. Peer Support Specialist
Price: $25 an hour
As a peer support specialist our goal to help you become empowered to achieve your hopes, dreams and goals and connect you with your personal recovery journey. A peer support specialist is a person who has lived experiences and has walked the recovery path from a mental illness and/or addiction and is here to employ to assist others in their journeys of recovery.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Price: $40 an hour
In our sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. We can help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. A psych socialist is to assist in developing and practicing the skills defined to gain education and appropriate wellness tools to help your recovery. Visitation Monitoring
Price: $55-$75 an hour
In monitoring visits between non-custodial parents/CPS cases, court order, we take part of meetings/visits to supervise the interactions and take state guidelines in documentation. We focus on ensuring that the children remain safe during interactions. Our main focus is on protecting children from abuse and neglect and to engage families in the process of helping to safely parent their children. Child protection is a community responsibility and communities must respond strategically to children who are in danger of abuse or neglect working with families at the first sign of a problem and resources should be coordinated through combined efforts. The community has an obligation to ensure that the required services are available for prevention, intervention, and treatment of child abuse and neglect.
Behavioral Therapy
Price: $40 an hour
Use training skills, knowledge, curriculum to retrain the brain to be able to cope with disorder. In behavioral rehab we work on skills to help treat the mental health disorder diagnosed. We use our skills, training, curriculum to work with adults and children who experience anxiety, phobias, addictions, PTSD and other disorders.
Employment Specialist
Price: $25 an hour
As and Employment Specialist we help in matching job applicants to a specific job that suits your talents. We partner with many different companies and facilities that work with us, in helping to provide the job. We also stay in contact with employer to work in addressing through complications. We help in developing professional resumes and practicing professional job skills and interviews.
Family-Couple Rehab
Price: $50 an hour
In the sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. This rehab is designed to help with issues effecting the family's mental health and functioning. Family members build stronger relationships, improve communication, and manage conflicts within the family system. We help in hoping to create a better home environment, solve family issues and understand the unique issues that a family might be facing. We can help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
